Steven B Saucier, HIA

Saucier is the founder and president of Cambria Benefits Group. His responsibilities include oversight of all areas of health and welfare benefits consulting including strategic planning, resource deployment, financial analysis, cost containment strategies, employee communications and compliance. He has over 25 years of experience consulting to employer groups nationwide.

Prior to founding CBG in 2008, Steve served in consulting roles with two national brokers, Wells Fargo and Wachovia.  During his tenure with those organizations, he served employer groups ranging from 100 to 8,000 employees.

Steve also served in a sales management role with Golden Rule Insurance Company prior to their acquisition by United Healthcare. He oversaw operations for the states of Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Steve was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of West Florida. He currently holds the Health Insurance Associate (HIA) designation and is working towards the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. He is active in charitable causes in the Tampa Bay area. He is married with three sons.
